Hey, I’ve Got a Question:
Does anyone know where I can find a workout guide for resistance tubes?
I bought the Danskin resistance tube kit and I can’t find my book, either where to buy a book or even print out some excerises….

You can get a resistance tube workout guide here. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. It’s for Bodylastics resistance bands, but you’ll be able to do some of the exercises with your Danskin tubes. I say “some” because they don’t have the clips on the ends of the tubes like the Bodylastics tubes do.
