Working out with resistance tubes?
Hey, I’ve Got a Question:
I bought some resistance tubes because they’re easier to walk to work with than weights. I was wondering if these are sufficient for toning? I didn’t wanna buy weights if I didn’t have to. They seem like they would be good for lower body workouts as well as the intended upper body exercises. If I paired this with cardio, would that be enough to not need actual weights? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks a lot!
To evan: Thanks! They come with 3 different resistance tubes, so I can start easy and work my way up without buying anything more!

@evan27, you can avoid the “when they start to get too easy” problem by NOT getting those cheapo resistance tubes at Walmart or Target that come with only 3 tubes to a kit and already have the handles attached. Get some REAL Bodylastics resistance bands because they have clips on the ends of the tubes and you can combine the bands for custom resistance levels.

Yes, resistance tubes are good exercise, and you will start to see results. The only thing im not sure of is when they start to get to easy? Oh well, good luck!
