Working out with resistance tubes?

 

Hey, I’ve Got a Question:

I bought some resistance tubes because they’re easier to walk to work with than weights. I was wondering if these are sufficient for toning? I didn’t wanna buy weights if I didn’t have to. They seem like they would be good for lower body workouts as well as the intended upper body exercises. If I paired this with cardio, would that be enough to not need actual weights? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks a lot! :)

To evan: Thanks! They come with 3 different resistance tubes, so I can start easy and work my way up without buying anything more!
