Will My Resistance Bands Snap?
I’ve Got a Question:
Okay, I have bought some resistance bands, and I am kinda tall, so when I had to anchor them below my feet, I am kind of concerned and scared a little when I do full lifts and and extensions upwards, I am worried they will snap or break. They are golds gym brand long series resistance tubes, so I assume they are legit.
Am I just being paranoid? Should I give it my all and just go for the full extension? Or will they snap.

They’re not going to snap unless you abuse them and hyper-extend them.
However, what I would be worried about is the cheapo plastic clips and loops they use. Check out this review about Gold’s Gym bands.

03/20/2010 We bought two sets of them yesterday to use with P90X, one set for me and my husband. I started to use the pink alone and it was too easy. I attempted to add the blue band to add resistance and the clip to add it broke off (it is plastic). I had to do the rest of my workout hoping it wouldnt come lose and hit me. I took them back today and I am hoping to get a better made set.

Your good.I doubt they’ll snap because ‘gold gyms bands’ are pretty strong.I do lat pulldowns and I sometimes wonder if the cable will ever break.
