Which SIMPLE resistance training equipment do you like the best? Bands, other?

High on my priority list would be simplicity. I find that the only workouts I can stick to are the most uncomplicated ones. I like to “zone out” and listen to music and don’t want to have to memorize a long list of different routines. What do you like most, find the most comfortable, effective, etc.?

Zoning out implies getting stuck in the same repetitious workout like a treadmill, eliptical, etc. However, that’s not going to be more most effective workout.
Honestly, I don’t see how you could possibly zone out using resistance bands. After a few reps, your muscles would be exhausted and you’d have to move onto another workout. You can see what I’m talking about – watch free resistance bands workouts here.
Bands or tubing would most be most effective for you. Working with tubing can also be done in conjunction with an exercise ball. You can also use the tubing as you walk.
