What Kind of Resistance Training Should I Do?
Question:
is this a good workout plan? what kind of resistance training should i do?
i read that you only start fat burning after 30 minutes of working out.
so i will do resistance training for 30 minutes;
and then cardio for 30 (15 mins. treadmill and 15 mins. elliptical).
but i have a problem,
i know what resistance training is,
but i don’t know how to do it.
i don’t want to lift gallons of water and stuff.
are there any machines that i could to resistance training on?
I’m only 13 years old, so please be reasonable.

You don’t need machines to do resistance training. Just get a set of Bodylastics resistance bands and that’s all the “machine” you’ll need.
