Weight Training Results…Without The Weights
Question:
If I only use resistance training with my own body weight like pushups, chinups and dips, will I get the same results as weight training would give me?
I don’t have any weights at home, and I don’t make enough money each month to afford a gym membership. Will these exercises give me the same results if i have a set amount of reps? I take a dietary supplement and also eat properly.

The short answer is no. Doing body weight training can only take you so far because your body’s going to adapt and the workouts will no longer be challenging. As your muscle adapt, you need to increase the resistance.
Can you afford a one-time $45.95 (plus a small shipping charge) for a really good set of resistance bands? If not, can you save a few bucks each month? You can do practically all the same workouts that weights can do with bands.
I HIGHLY recommend the Bodylastics resistance bands. CLICK HERE >>> to get the Bodylastics bands.
They’ve got a special clipping system that allows you to combine the bands for creating custom resistance levels. So when your muscles are no longer being challenged enough, just up the resistance by clipping on more resistance. Each set also comes with handles, door anchor and wrist/ankle straps so you can use the bands at varying heights for the same exercise machines do.
