Using Resistance Bands With The Perfect Push-Up Device

Don’t know if it’s THE Perfect-Pushup thing, but the idea’s the same. It’s easier on your wrists. You’ll want to look through the archives for the days that he’s doing upper body workouts.



It would be possible if you wanted to try to strech the bands from your hands over your back then down to the other hand. I don’t see the real practicality of it though. There are several other things you can do to increase the difficulty of the pushup before using resistance bands.
Try doing clap pushups, simply increasing the number/speed you do pushups, and if you think you’re all that : do 1-armed pushups.
