Training Shoulders With Resistance Bands

i`m training with weights, my whole body is responding quite well, except my shoulders :/ i do the basic exercises for them. so i wonder, maybe resistance bands can help me bring out my shoulders width?

Nothing’s going to make your shoulders wider. You’re stuck with the bone structure you already have.
But you can increase muscle size, if that’s what you mean. Here are some exercises that you can do with resistance bands. Some of these require a door anchor like shown in the set below.
Front shoulder raise
Standing lateral rasie
Seated (stability ball or chair) wide rear shoulder pull
Rotator cuff two arm up rotation

You didn’t mention what type of resistance bands you currently have. Are they adjustable like the ones show here with the clips on the end? Being able to clip multiple bands onto the handles will allow you to gradually increase the tension over time to keep your muscles challenged.
