I do not have weights or a gym pass. (I can’t afford it.) All I have is a medium and heavy resistance band. I would like to know how to go about toning my abs, pecs and arms with them, but I don’t know how.
One Response to Tone Your Body With Resistance Bands
Toning requires building lean muscle and losing the fat hiding those muscles. Fortunately, resistance training will accomplish both. Just one pound of muscle added to your body will requre an additional 40-50 calories per day to keep it alive. The more muscle you add, the more calories will be burned and your body will melt away fat.
But if you’re going to use resistance bands, you’ll need to progressively add more resistance. You can do that with a set of Bodylastics resistance bands like the ones shown above. Click here to learn how to combine the bands for any resistance level.
