Q: What are the best strength and resistance training exercises without weights? I do not have weights, but what techniques and exercises I could do without the weights?
A: To increase strength with resistance training you’ll need to progressively add more resistance to your workouts. Usually that’s done by adding more weights. However, you don’t need weights.
