Should I Take Whey Protein?
I want to get ripped. Im already in pretty good shape. 16 years old, 5’5" and about 120 lbs. Im pretty muscular and dont have a lot of fat. I want to get ripped by working out and taking whey protein. im not trying to bulk up and be huge. i just want my muscles to get very visible, especially my abs. Im not gonna lift weights. im gonna be doing a lot of cardio and doing a lot of pullups, pushups, and using resistance tubes as well as doing crunches and other ab exercises. Ill be doing all this about 3 or 4 times a week. Is whey protein a good idea for me? And if it works and it helps me get ripped like i want to, do i have to keep taking it after that or can i just start working out without taking it? and how long will it take to see results?



What gets you ripped is resistance workouts and low body fat so you can see the muscles. They more muscle you have, the faster you’ll lose the fat, but like I said, to keep the muscle healthy requires protein.
