Resistance Training For Women
Question:
I’ve been doing 10 minute aerobic workouts, but I’ve been wanting to add some resistance training in as well. How should I do both? Should I do my daily aerobic workout and do daily resistance training? Or should I do resistance training every other day? Or every few days? Also does anyone know of a good resistance plan for women?

Glad you’re interested in resistance training, but you don’t state what your goal is. Losing weight? Toning and strengthening? Building a little muscle? Bodylastics, the maker of the resistance bands shown on this page, has some very good free workouts for women. I suggest the Bodylastics Toning workout show and the Pilates show.
