Resistance Bands: Which Ones Should I Buy for P90X?

 

I’m slim, need to bulk up or get stronger. but i don’t know what kind of resistance bands to buy. I’m gonna start the p90x, and wondering if i should order the maximum fitness gear online from walmart or go get a pair there in the store? but will that work for someone who wants to get in shape who has never worked out before?

    Bodylastics Resistance Bands - Complete Home Gym System for Under $50I took a look at the set you mentioned. Did you happen to note that the pullup bar needs 5″-6″ of space on either side of the door? If your door is butt right up against a corner wall, that’s not going to work.

    You might also consider a set of Bodylastics resistance bands like the ones shown above. They don’t have a pullup bar, but they do have a door anchor that allows you to do overhead, chest and floor level exercises. Click here for free workouts.
