Resistance Bands For Targeting Abs
Hey, I’ve Got a Question:
Has anyone worked out with any type of resistance bands to target the abs. Does it really help?
I wanted to purchase the new thing called Kor flex and was wondering if resistance bands can really help in reducing a flabby tummy.
Any kind of tips or input is really appreciated.
Thanks

Resistance training builds lean muscle and new muscle is the fastest way to melt fat. I urge you to download a copy of Fat Burning Furnace. You’ll be training less and burning more fat.
Resistance bands are a great way to work the abs, but after having a look at that KorFlex contraption, what happens when your body adjusts to the resistance level? Then it becomes mostly cardio and very little resistance. You’ll burn some fat, but you won’t be making much new muscle.
You need to keep your muscles challenge to get those abs to tighten up. You’ll be better off getting a set of Bodylastics resistance bands. Actually, they’re tubes with clips on the end and you can combine the bands to get that increased resistance that you’ll need.
Here are some free workouts for bands. You don’t need DVDs. They’ve got several great workout shows, but if you want to target the abs, there’s one called Eight Pack.
