    Working out with resistance bands is strength training.

    Like @R.K. said, you’ll want to add more resistance over time. If you get a set like the ones shown below, you won’t have to buy more resistance bands later on. The reason is the clips on the end. All you have to do is clip on a different configuration of bands to increase the tension. There are sets available from 88 to 388 lbs of tension.

    Yes but you will definitely want to eventually get bands that have a little more resistance. In other words, slowly add resistance over a period of time. Any type of "resistance" working with muscle will keep it fit and in shape. And your metabolism will kick up. Actually you’ll be burning fat while you sleep:)
