How long would it take me to see results? I would be following a workout video that works on many parts of the body. I want to lose that flab on my arms mainly.

You don’t give enough information for anyone to make an informative estimate. How much do you weigh? Male or female? What do you eat? What type of exercises are you doing?
BTW, you CANNOT target arm fat with exercise. When your body loses fat, it loses it all over, not just in the spot you exercise. Isolated exercises only build stronger/new muscle in that spot, but they do not make you lose fat in that one spot.
