Personal Training Advice Please?

Question:
So here are my stats:
5 feet 6.75 inches
139 pounds
33-26-35
thighs are 24 inches
Last time I was measured it said I was 22% body fat.. but I’m not sure what it is now
I work out. I have to do some form of exercise at least 6 times a week. I enjoy cycling, circuits, medball exercises, yoga, pilates. I have “trained” for a 10K with a friend. Running for me is love or hate and once we fall out of a relationship I realized I don’t really like it.. just receiving the benefits, performing better and reducing stress. I ran the 4 by 100 in high school and jumped as well. I also was very much into competitive cheerleading.

As for now I do HIIT on cardio machines, mostly bike and elliptical. I do 20 lb bicep curls and I squat 135.
However… I have noticed that I seem bigger..I hate to say “bulky”, but that’s kind of it. My body is strong but my clothes are getting tighter on my thighs. I am naturally muscular person especially in my quads, in fact I gain muscle quickly. My thing now is to slim down all around. I want to have less fat of course but also less muscle so I don’t look bigger in my clothes.

So when I do cardio machines should I increase resistance like I usually do? What do you suggest? Thanks so much!!
