Not getting sore using Bowflex Revolution (resistance training)?
Question:
Ive been using this machine for a while and i am pretty sure i do the exercises correctly. but even if i work my hardest and go until i cant lift anymore, i dont get as sore as i would with free weights. Does this mean that i am in fact, doing something wrong. or is resistance training just like that?

Soreness is not a indication of a good work out. Raised heart beat and muscle fatigue are. With any type of a repeated exercise, the soreness should always go down. Chalk this up to being a good machine that works for you. Do about 100 lunges if you want sore.
Its possible your body has just gotten use to the machine because sadly thats what happens to are bodies . Thus making it harder to stay in shape when using same work out routines, so thats why people tell you to change it up here and their.
