Lower Body Resistance Training Exercises
Question:
What are some lower body weight/resistance training excercises? i do cardio at the moment, and I’ve been doing some light weight training (1.5kg) for my triceps and shoulders etc… but i don’t have any machines, so i was wondering what i could do for my lower body? i try to do squats and lunges…but are there any other suggestions for more effective exercises??

Do the lunges and squats, but on the down motion, do a 4 count, the slower you go the more the muscles have to work to resist your weight. After about 20 reps, you’ll feel the burn.
You could do body squats, walking lunges, split leg lunges, maybe buy ankle weights and do leg lifts with them on. just a few suggestions
