Can someone tell me what’s the difference between kinetic and resistance bands?
kinetic bands are short tubes connected to a cuff on either end. The cuffs are then attached to the legs or ankles. When the legs are spread apart, the tubes supply the resistance. Click here to see: kenetic bands
