You can get a total body workout with the Bodylastics bands.
While the gym is great for atmosphere and solidifying our routine…you can get a great workout with only your body weight. Push-ups, done slowly and correctly, can give you a great chest, arm, and shoulder workout. By doing a variety of ab exercises (crunches, leg lifts, etc..), you can exercise your abs, back, and hips. Add in a walk or jog around the neighborhood or local park and you’ve got a terrific workout. See the link below for some exercise ideas. Good luck!
