I need a workout for my equipment?

 

I’ve Got a Question:

I have a step, two 3lb weights, a medium resistance tube and a body ball. It came with a DVD but it didn’t use all the equipment.

Any suggestions or websites that would give me a good workout with the equipment that I have?

    You didn’t say which piece of equipment wasn’t covered in the workout DVD. Click here for free workouts for resistance bands. I suggest you put that single band away and get a real set of Bodylastics resistance bands. That way you can get a complete body workout.

    Here a few ideas:

    Do lunges using the step. Start with both feet on the step and then step back with one foot and lunge down push off to stand back up and kick your foot in front. Repeat 15 times on each leg. To make it a little harder you can hold the weights in your hands and bend and straighten your arms above your head when you step on and off the step.

    Do crunches with the weights in your hands. As you sit up reach your arm to the opposite side of your legs. Its a great abs workout cause it gets your side abs too.

    Put your feet on the ball and do push ups.
    Sit on the ball and with the weights lean back from side to the side. Kind of like a crunch.

    There are also a lot of books on workout with the balls. Try a local book store.
