5’5” and 112 is very thin. Perhaps you need to eat more protein. Your body can’t build muscle with out it. Also, try doing lunges. If you’re already doing them, then use heavier weights and do fewer reps. When it comes to lower body exercises, this is the better way to go.
try squating, hack squat, running up inclines, like stadium bleachers, sand dunes; leg extensions, abductor and adductor presses, these muscles accumalate 1/3 of the leg so they are important
up your protein intake just a little not too much. slow down on the running/cardio and start doing squats and leg press 10/8/6/4 sets max weight for 10 8 6 and 4 reps just keep piling on the weight.
