How can I lose baby weight fast?

 

I’ve Got a Question:

I would like to lose baby fat.  It’s not really fat around my belly, but a little excess skin. I watch what I eat, I do crunches (but it really hurts because I have sciatica), and I do cardio workouts every day. I have an exercise ball, jump rope, and a resistance tube. Any advice will be appreciated!! Also, I want my breasts to be a bit smaller and I heard that push ups work. And also how can I make my love handles smaller?

    Take that resistance tube and head over here for free workouts. Checkout the Toning show and the Pilates show.

    If you’re serious about losing the weight/fat, I suggest getting a decent set of these Bodylastics resistance bands so you can adjust the resistance. You simply can’t do efficient workouts with a single tube.

    it took you nine months to gain it, so it is probably unrealistic to expect to loose it in less than that time. Unless you do something really drastic (excessive exercise or crash diet). But then you will probably gain it right back and then some. Just be patient and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    You can’t do target workouts. Your workouts have to vary. When you start losing weight, your weight will drop all around. It takes a few months to lose weight healthily.

    If you’re breastfeeding, then that’ll take off the weight.

    No crunches or ab work at all until at least 8 weeks after giving birth.

    Keep doing the cardio, watch your diet (if you are nursing, you need about 500 calories more than your usual intake so you can make milk… eat more than that if your milk supply lessens).

    Push ups can work, but they do use abdominal muscles, so unless you did them before pregnancy or during the early parts, don’t start them now.

    The excess skin may always be there – Spanx are great! Me and my mommy friends all swear by them.
