Instead, you have to always apply your common sense and be honest with yourself. This can be a lot harder than it sounds or else everyone would be doing it.
Just try a commonsense approach and see how successful you can be. A healthy weight loss plan will help you get to normal weight for life — slowly. Make yourself up a healthy eating plan, and don’t just deprive yourself and then binge. Once you get to your healthy weight, don’t go off your diet and go back to old eating habits. You’ll just gain the weight back again if you do that, you have to start all over. Instead, put together a healthy diet plan, include some modest portion control and some self-control, exercise on a daily basis, and you’ll never have to “lose weight” again.
