Therefore, if you keep you away from the foods that you really like there is a good chance you will eat a lot more than you should. The main thing you should concentrate on is moderating your intake rather than taking out certain foods you like.

When it comes to moderation, it is all about the size of the portion. Meat servings should be 3 ounces, a serving of mayonnaise should be at 1 teaspoon, and milk to about 8 ounces or one cup.
