Full Body Workout Without Weights
Could I get a good full body workout only doing pull ups, push ups, squats, lunges, and crunches. I also use resistance tubes for good tone. Do I have everything covered. I am not trying to get huge, just strong and lean. I don’t like to run much, because my knees get sore, but I do walk 5 miles a day.



Walking 5 miles a day is excellent! I thought I was doing well with 2 miles, but even that 2 makes a dramatic difference with weight loss and toning the legs. You don’t have to run, just a brisk walk is enough.
