Do gym resistance bands lose their elasticity?
Question:
I’m planning on getting some resistance bands for training, but I won’t if they lose their elasticity (they are quite expensive). Do they lose their elasticity? Or will they keep it forever?

As long as you don’t abuse them, they will last for years.
