Can you substitue dumbbells for resistance tubes?
Can you substitue weights for resistance tubes or they do different jobs? If they do different jobs, which is best to use and why? Thanks

resistance tubes can do the same basic exercises as dumbbells, but dumbbells are only limited to upper body exercises. The adjustable Bodylastics resistance tubes can perform whole body exercises for shoulders, back, arms, legs, abs and chest.
