My first question would be – what do you have TIME to do and seriously who has time to work out EVERYDAY – maybe you?

I would suggest 3 muscle groups 4 times a week for about 1.5hrs.

eg MON – biceps, shoulders, back
TUE – legs, abs , chest
    WED – rest
    THU – triceps, shoulders, back
    FRI – legs, abs, chest
    SAT and SUN – rest

    something like that.

Try three 1hour long full body workouts a week, or 4 sessions of 45mins-1 hour long on an upper/lower split.

    Hope this helps.

Everything depends on your starting point and your objective.

    What are they?

If you have clearly defined goals you should then devise a programme or get help with your programme to get you to your goal without overtraining. Training (unless your an elite athlete) should really last no longer than 40-60 minutes max. If you are trying to gain muscle training every body part just once a week is enough. This allows your muscles plenty of time to recover and grow. Are you doing any cardio? where is this in the equation?

If your nutrition is good and you are an an experienced lifter I would definitely only do 2 muscle groups per workout; 1 large 1 small. Then maybe 3 days on 1 day off routine.

    Just an idea.
