Build Muscle With Resistance Bands

 

I’m doing biceps curls and working my triceps using resistance bands and have been doing it for about 2 weeks every night. I just haven’t been seeing any results yet. Can I use resistance bands alone (without using weights) to get some kind of curves in my arms?! Im already muscular and I have abs, just scrawny arms haha. Please help!
