Aylio Resistance Bands – How Much Resistance Per Band?
I’m starting P90x with these bands. I know that each color band has a set amount of strength, ex: Black(Ultra heavy), but I’m not sure exactly which bands to combine for a set workout or precisely how many pounds of force is exerted?

The tubes have a lifetime warranty. However, the handles are not padded and neither are the ankle straps. The door anchor is wimpy and could possibly slip through a loose door.
Bodylastics resistance bands, on the other hand, have padded handles and ankle straps. I have a set of the older Bodylastics bands without the padded ankle straps and they do not feel good against the skin. The Aylio straps are no different. I bought another set of Bodylastics for my grandson after they upgraded and the new padded straps are so much better, very soft against the skin. In fact, I liked them so much I bought an extra set of straps for myself. The door anchor is very meaty with a large foam end that will not/cannot slip through a loose door crack. If you already own the Aylio, I suggest at least getting a set of padded handles, ankle straps and door anchor from Bodylastis. They also have this thing called an anywhere anchor that will wrap about poles, trees and such. Here’s the link to all Bodylastics products.

Black is 20 pounds
Yellow is 15 pounds
Red is 10 pounds
Blue is 5 pounds
