Are Resistance bands more effective than free weights to tone?
I’ve Got a Question:
I want to tone my arms, thighs, and booty. What is the difference between resistance bands and free weights?
So do the bands just tone or do they actually build muscle and strength.

Resistance bands are far more versatile than free weights because you can do more exercises with them – complete body workouts. If you get a set of Bodylastics resistance bands, you can also very quickly adjust the resistance level because the tubes have clips on the end. With free weights you’re always unscrewing couplings to make weight adjustments.
