    I suggest using the bands to do squats, calf raises, ab work, back row, lat extension, lat pull, side lat extension, good mornings, leg extension, hip extension, leg curl, to name a few.

    Yahoo search "how to jump higher", there is no one way to increase your vertical. Some involve strength training where resistance bands will definitely help. The most important muscles to develop are the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings, but as I said there are many exercises, you will find a lot of info when you search.
