Are resistance bands for legs good for fast twitch muscles?
Hey, I’ve Got a Question:
I heard about this program called Athtletic Quickness in which they use resistance bands agasint legs to train fast twitch muslces. Workouts usuaully last for 10 minutes and change. Just want to know if its a good deal or not thnx

Fast-twitch muscle fibers generate greater force and also have a higher potential for growth compared to slow-twitch fibers. However there is actually more to muscle development then merely stimulating fast-twitch fibers.
If your aim is to develop fast muscle, then it is important to stimulate all types of muscle fibers to grow. All things considered, simply because fast-twitch muscle fibers have the greatest growth potential does not mean that we don’t want the slow-twitch fibers to grow as well. By centering on just the fast-twitch fibers you will be cutting your gains short.
