Adding Resistance Bands To Your Training

 

I’m thinking of buying a Resistance band to add a bit of variety to my training.  Which one is the best to get?  I do lift moderate to heavy free weights.  Would I benefit from using one?

    There are several really good brands on the market. Bodylastics, Workoutz, and Ripcords. All companies have different packages available. Look for ones with clips, handles, ankle straps and a door anchor. That way you’ll be able to do more than just biceps curls. The door anchor will allow you to do exercises on multiple levels – overhead, chest, floor and everything in between. That way you can workout your entire body.
